Welcome to visit CADET lab! CADET means "Computer Architecture/Aided Design for Emerging Technologies". The CADET team is led by Prof. Yuanqing Cheng from EE department of Beihang University. As the group name implies, our team dedicates to explore and exploit the emerging technologies, such as spintronic devices, carbon nanotube devices, etc., for the next-generation computer architecture design and optimizations. Meanwhile, we also seek the opportunities brought by the emerging technologies to the computer aided design methodologies.

Now the research group consists of one faculty (Prof. Yuanqing Cheng), 5 master students (Jiacheng Ni, Xuan Wang, Wei Wang, Baoli Peng, Kangwei Xu). Our team is an open team, and kindly welcomes collaborations with international colleagues having the similar research tastes. We are also always spreading our arms to welcome young people who are interested in these research topics to join our team. It is expected that our lab will be "the Whampoa Military Academy" in the relevant research field, and all CADETers graduating from the lab will become the backbone of the integrated circuit industry and academia.
