Professor: Yuanqing Cheng

Dr. Cheng received B.S. degree from Xidian University, Xi'an, China and M.S. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He got Ph.D. degree from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. From 2012 to 2013, Dr. Cheng was a post-doc researcher in LIRMM, Montpellier, France. Then, Dr. Cheng joined in School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University as an assistant professor. From 2015 to 2016, Dr. Cheng worked in University of California, Santa Barbara, CA, USA as a visiting scholar. Now, Dr. Cheng is IEEE/ACM member, CCF senior member. His research topics include computer architecture/aided design for emerging technologies, such as STT-MRAM and carbon nanotube technology, 3D integrated circuit design, etc. (Contact: yuanqing@ieee.org)

Jiacheng Ni got his B.S. degree from Dalian University of Technology, and is pursuing his master degree in CADET Lab., Beihang University. His research topic is high perfromance computer architecture design with 3D technology.

Xuan Wang (2nd year master student)

Xuan Wang got her B.S. degree from Beihang University, and is pursuing her master degree in CADET Lab., Beihang University. Her research topic is digital integrated circuit design for digial signal processing applications.

Wei Wang (2nd year master student)

Wei Wang got her B.S. degree from Beihang University, and is pursuing her master degree in CADET Lab., Beihang University. Her research topic is physical design techniques of monolithic 3D ICs.

Baoli Peng (1st year master student)

Baoli Peng got her B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing, and is pursuing her master degree in CADET Lab., Beihang University. Her research topic is thermal modeling and thermal aware design of monolithic 3D ICs.

Kangwei Xu (1st year master student)

Kangwei Xu got his B.S. degree from Tianjin University of Technology, and is now pursuing his master degree in CADET Lab., Beihang University. His research topic is secure circuit design with emerging spiintronic technologies.
